Origine et description
The Arabica beans of our « El Mayal » coffee grow between 900 and 2,150 meters altitude, ideal terroir for superior quality. The Bourbon, Caturra, Pache and Catuai varieties are carefully hand-picked, washed, fermented for 18 to 24 hours, then sun-dried.
Gouts et saveurs
At the traditional Moulin JP Dieschbourg roastery, the beans are then traditionally and artisanally roasted. The slow and gentle roasting allows the coffee beans to fully develop their characteristic aroma, preserved by a medium degree of roasting.
El Mayal seduces with its elegant harmony, fine red fruit notes and generous body – a coffee where flavor and tradition meet perfectly.

The composition of Arabica from Guatemala and Robusta from India or Vietnam brings together the best of both worlds.
The harmonious and full-bodied Arabica beans, grown at high altitude in Guatemala, form the heart of this espresso. Carefully cultivated according to organic farming principles, they give Pura Vida its elegant roundness and natural sweetness.
The selected Robusta from Vietnam or India brings the characteristic espresso punch: it gives Pura Vida a powerful depth, particularly stable crema and the unique intensity that espresso lovers appreciate.
